Bottle thanks to csteele2144. Pours hazy orange with a medium creamy off-white head that dissipates slowly with nice lacing. Aroma is passion fruit, grapefruit, pine, mango. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, juicy and tropical with just a bit o’pine. Medium body, not harsh at all. Some lingering bitterness. Nice beer. neepsntatties (2028) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAY 25, 2014
Bottle courtesy of "hannont". Colour...golden-amber with a thin head. Nose...cut juniper hedge and pekoe tea with hop resin. Palate...dry, lightly musty and slightly husky, with lemon cake and citron frosting. The back of the palate is bittersweet and still dry with pineapple husk and birch bark. Nice! tectactoe (3125) - Michigan, USA - MAY 19, 2014
Bottle: Thanks, Jason! Swampy, muddled, burnt yellow body with an off-white, almost beige colored soapy foam on top. Very nice aroma of juicy mango, orange, & pineapple with an abundance of wet & weedy hops. Finishes with some light resin & candied tangerine peel. Dry cracker foundation with an overture of zesty hop juice, pine, mild resin, bitter orange zest, grapefruit rind, & an interesting combo of white pepper spiciness & faint sugar cookie sweetness. Sweetness dies out & it finishes quite bitter, but still retains great drinkability. Oily, bitter, citric finish. Very tasty stuff... Might have enjoyed it even more if it wasn’t tried side by side to so many other great DIPAs that day, but this is a very good brew nonetheless. CraftBeerLvr41 (82) - Illinois, USA - MAY 13, 2014
A: Copper/orange color with nice fluffy white head that lingers for a bit. Slight haze. S: Very fruity upfront with some pine. Candied tangerine, pineapple, mango, maybe a little bubblegum. Really nice aroma. T: Again fruity upfront with some of that expected breadiness from Half Acre. Get notes of mango pineapple, and sweet tangerine. Slight alcoholic taste. M: Crisp, dry, and not sweet. Just the way I like it. Medium body. O: I love this beer, really like it more than the regular Double Daisy. Dr_Fellini (1020) - Norfolk, Virginia, USA - MAY 10, 2014
Bottle to glass. Another awesome find at west Lakeview liquors! Pours a slightly hazy golden orange color with a thin off white head. Aroma is on point, like hoppy fruit juice. Flavor is juicy sweet with just the right amount of bitterness. Light to medium in body with a wonderful lingering citrusy, fleshy fruit hops. Amazing beer.

This one is incredible. Super hoppy like all their beers and really citrusy pours a dark golden orange in color. I can drink this one every day.

On tap at Half Acre. Deep amber with a miniscule white protector. Aroma is dank and piney with cat pee, pine and some citrus. Balanced but on the hop side with pine, resinous hops, some floral notes and a solid caramel backer. Bitter and pleasing. mcberko (18557) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 5, 2013
22 oz. bottle, sent from pantanap (thanks a lot man), pours a hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma of caramel malts, some resinous hops, and some floral notes. Flavour brings out loads of floral hops, some resinous hops, a touch of residual sugars, and some caramel malts. Very well-balanced, with just the right amount of residual sugar. Characterized mainly by the floral and resinous hops. Very good, but I prefer the regular Double Daisy Cutter.
