16oz can from Binnys. Pours a crystal clear straw color with a thin white head. Aroma is hoppy, but not much else. Medium on the palate with medium carbonation. Very mild flavor with traces of malt and hops. At 4.2%, I could drink a few of these. illinismitty (2271) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - DEC 17, 2010
Draft at the Hilton Chicago bar, several times. Pours golden with a dissipating white head. Fruity aroma. Light bodied without the watery mouthfeel. Nice pale pilsneresque malt backbone countered with a very nice lemon and pine bitterness. Semi dry finish, with a hint of tannins and grass. Excellent session beer. On tap at Sopo in Chicago. Pours a cloudy, golden-orange colored body with a finger-width, frothy, mostly white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is wheat, some earth, citrus, lemon-grass, and florals. Flavor is similar. Biscuity wheat with a light and grainy sweetness, citrusy lemon-grass, earth, and florals. Finishes with a light, earthy and grassy bitterness that is crisp and dry before leaving a medium length aftertaste. Light body and light-moderate carbonation. Overall, a crisp, easy drinking golden ale. Some nice hop flavors are clearly present making this a go to at a bar like this. mabel (9245) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 26, 2010
[3477-20101113] 1pt can. Fresh straw yeast aroma has a fragrant floral sweetness. Clear, yellow orange body with a quick creamy white head. Light bitter grassy flower petals flavour has a light floral perfume aftertaste. Medium body. Pretty good, drinkable.

16 oz can. Crystal clear dark gold with a brief white head. Nose is lemon pith and pudding, orange and toffee. Crisp medium light with a buzz. Taste is bright citrus, candi, vanilla and grass. Great flavor for a low ABV.

2010-11-13. Pale golden yellow body with a small white head. Modest aroma, interesting hop character with a sort of floral, green grass character, with hints of lemon or lemon grass. Flavour is fairly mild, light fruity hops have mild lemon and grass notes. 6+ Average to light palate. Pretty quaffable and enjoyable but very light overall. Too mild. My ranking may be a little skewed, as I had a pale ale before this. Smelled a bit citrusy and on the sweeter side. Poured a hazy golden with a soft, white head. Tasted on the sweeter side, with hints of orange. Very light body and a nice finish. Easy going beer, preferable at lunch and/or summer time edwardbass (858) - Illinois, USA - OCT 29, 2010
It’s OK. I’m a hop-head, so the Belgian-like flavor, palate and body don’t quite work for me. It’s pleasant, but not my preference. andyhwcinc (1884) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 9, 2010
Enjoyed on tap at Fountainhead in Chicago, IL two days before running in the Chicago Marathon. Really good blonde ale. Clearish yellow in appearance, aroma is of a good hop presence with light yeast. Taste is very crisp, good malt/hop balance, very refreshing. phaleslu (10547) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - SEP 26, 2010
16 oz. can from stevemastny and mattarata- thanks again for the four-pack, guys! I cracked these open during a Sunday session while watching NFL games with some buddies, and everyone loved this. Pours a clear, bright orange-golden color with a small cream-colored head. Aroma of lemon citrus, herbal hops, grass, pine, and biscuity malts. Flavor of pine resin, grassy, herbal hops, biscuity malts, lemon, orange, and floral notes. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a fresh, herbal mouthfeel. A 4.2% golden ale might not sound exciting on paper, but this is excellent.
