Cask with Nelson Sauvin hops at Half Acre. Room temperature practically..apparently they haven’t invested in firkin jackets. Musty tropical aroma. Earthy tropical, some buttery oddness beneath. A little unrefined. Guess I’ve never had the regular Goss, so hard to fully gauge. Earthy fresh hop feel. Buttery ringwood-esque tastes detract. charule (2268) - New York, New York, USA - FEB 20, 2014

Pours like bud. No aroma. Easy to drink. Slightly bitter. Best reason to drink- great price at portofinos in Chicago. jmagnus87 (2912) - Rockford, Illinois, USA - OCT 21, 2013
Can poured into a shaker. Pours a hazy dark gold with 2 fingers thick white head. Aroma of straw and grain with a little earthy herbal hoppiness and something slightly sweet. Taste is light bitter. Earthy and herbal with grains and a little more sweetness in the finish. Light bodied with a slick texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Overall, not bad. Not my favorite beer but very drinkable.

Tap at Half Acre Tap Room, Chicago. Poured a hazy light amber with a thin white head. The aroma is weak malt. The flavour is medium bitter with a malty liqourice hoppy palate. Nothing too special for me. kermis (13240) - The Hague / Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - OCT 17, 2013

Slightly hazed yellow waxy pour. Aromas of lemon, hops. Bitter and light. Fruity. Decent. pete4999 (1445) - Buffalo, New York, USA - SEP 10, 2013
Can, as pictured. Pours a hazy gold. Smells of citrus hops - lemon, orange. Crisp, light mouthfeel, nice on a hot summer day. Half Acre is great at these lighter beers. changeup45 (1731) - Lake Mary, Florida, USA - AUG 15, 2013
Cans from West Lakeview Liquors. The pour is a golden color with a thin white head on top. It’s a bit bready in the aroma and there’s a stronger whiff of citrus and pine hops than expected. A touch of corn enters the mix as an afterthought. Light-bodied, refreshing, perhaps a little watery, though. The flavor offers bread, grain notes, some herbal hops, and a little citrus. Spotty lacing trickles along the sides of the glass but never really amounts to much. It has a slightly dry and hoppy finish. Simple and pretty solid.
