3.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: JAN 20, 2015 More flavorful than other Golden Ales I have had. Great fresh hop aroma. Serving: Can
True to the labeling on the can, this is indeed a golden colored ale. It’s topped by a modest sized bubble filled head. The aroma is much like fresh baked bread with a light citrus note. The flavor is much the same with a slight tartness in the finish. This would make a dandy warm weather session ale. kkleu357 (640) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 7, 2014
Crisp sweet hop aroma. Hazy yellow body. Crisp sweet taste with a nice hop finish. Very sessionable and very good. hopdog (13258) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 4, 2014

Draft. Gold pour, white head, some haze. Little retention/lace. Aroma of grassy hop, cereal, biscuit. Taste is very lightly bitter, grassy, biscuit. Palate is soft, slick, grassy finish. tectactoe (3125) - Michigan, USA - AUG 23, 2014
Can: Hazy, burnt yellow color with a slightly frothy white head that lasts for a good long while before slowly settling to a lathery film. Some spotty lacing left behind. Aroma is slightly wet-weedy & quite earthy with green hop notes, a small vegetal quality, a touch of white pepper spice, & a tiny bit of melon, too. Taste is more assertive, for sure. A nice, bitter bite with grassy, wet hops, light melon, some faint lemon-lime peel, a touch of pale malt, & a tiny hint of soapiness. A little bit of pine-like hops resonate in the aftertaste. Relatively light overall, this would be a nice beer to slam in the summertime.

16oz can from Tooch. Pours hazy gold with a thin white head. The nose is malt and peppery hops with some citrus zest. The taste is lemon zest, malt, light honey and citrus hops in the finish. Easy drinker and nice and hoppy for the style. 3.5 Damico (3146) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 22, 2014
Nitro on tap at the brewery. Pours mostly unclear lemon hazy with a white head. Aroma is subtle, sweet golden malts. Flavor is a little too subtle too, sweet golden and light earthy malts that go down smooth. Awktoberfest (415) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - MAY 3, 2014
This beer comes through as described. It pleases a large cross section of the worlds population. I quick survey showed that 89% found this beer agreeable. It offer balance, spunk, citrusy freshness, and half acre hop Notes to keep it true. It a good beer that I really enjoyed after a two or three year absence from it. Wifey did too!

Aroma: grassy, bread. Appearance: murky yellow, thin head. Taste: good, my taste buds are failing on picking out flavors, must come back. Palate: creamy, medium finish. Overall: enjoyable ARH (1139) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 6, 2014
On tap into a 5 oz English tulip. The aroma is initially buttery biscuits with an undertone of grass. Eventually, as it settles out, a toast (bread toast) like aroma comes through. It pours a hazy, pale straw yellow with a white head that doesn’t retain very well. A very trace, micro-bubble lace is left behind. The taste is mostly a medium level sweet, with a complimentary light / medium-light bitter. The light body has a thin-ish, oily texture with a soft carbonation. There’s a light spice and grassy with a citrus zest at the finish. Very clean, very crisp, very faint, quick grassy aftertaste.
