COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is the first time weve brought this out of its scabbard. Weve never released a Double IPA - and this will make its debut at our 5th Anniversary Party on 5/17. Attacking your ability to make good choices, this bully quickly becomes your best friend.

Navaja is a Double IPA that changes each time we brew it, unless we dont change it. This go-round is a little more aggressive. Heavy on Citra, Mosaic, and Columbus hops and Golden Promise malt; Navaja is a shredder rotating on all cylinders.

Juicy. Sweeet. Loads of citrusy hops. Delicious. Par for the imperial IPA course. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: MAR 20, 2017 Pours a slightly hazy gold with a thick white head and nice lacing. Aroma is all citrus. Taste is citrus and pine with some bitterness has a "dry" feeling, is this a West coast IPA? A little boozeness. Overall a pretty good IPA.

from a pounder into a snifter. Pours a thick, oily yellow. frothy white head and sticky lacing. Smells of dank hop oil. Tastes like a peach and melon bomb. REally good stuff.

A friend of mine brought me a 16 oz can back from Chicago a few months ago. Holy shit! This is just a big, juicy, hoppy, mouthwatering DIPA. Drinking this could be dangerous, but I want more. Absolutely top notch.

Tropical hop aroma and flavor up front (mango/papaya hops) followed by a dank piney hop finish. Good malt balance to the hops. Bitter finish, adds some medicinal hops in the finish. Good double IPA but would like the tropical hop profile to maintain throughout the beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

16 oz can from Milk and Hops, Chelsea. Pours a mostly clear golden-orange color with a nice head that sticks around and leaves lots of lace. The nose is very fruity, with pale malt, and a little pine. Fruit is really interesting, lychee, papaya, melon, and a little grapefruit rind. Flavor leans sweet for the style, but with a really nice bitterness backbone. Good mouthfeel. Rather tasty beer.

Aroma is tropical fruit/light pineapple, fruit and mildly dank hops. The flavor is tropical fruit/mild pineapple, citrus, malts and a tart/bitter finish. A lot more mellow than expected, easy to drink for a dipa.
