22 oz bottle. Clear straw with orange tints and a fluffy white head. Nose is guava, pine, toffee and spearmint. Medium body, lively carb, finishing like fruit nectar. Taste is lime, lime zest, grapefruit and tart, puckery guava. I’m really liking these fruit IPAs. markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - NOV 11, 2010
Thanks to Hopshunter for the share. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Nose is caramel, malt, guava, fruitiness, and vague berries. Flavor is similar with a delightful, crisp finish. A nice, refreshing IPA that is mildly sessionable. Ibrew2or3 (8607) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - NOV 6, 2010
Courtesy of HOPSHUNTER. Pours clear copper with white head. The aroma is big crazy guava meat, sweet guava juice and some citrus hops around the edges. The taste has firm hop spiciness and citrus that quickly get pummeled by loads of sweet and earthy/tropical guava goodness. It dries out some into the finish. If you want a robust guava brew then this one is for you. holdenn (2116) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - NOV 5, 2010
On tap at the Half Acre Hop Leaf event. Clear yellow color with a white head. Nose of citrus dirty hops. Sweet malts bitter citrus flavors that aren’t real clean. Not too great though it was probably better fresh. 7/3/6/3/13 bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - OCT 27, 2010
(22oz bottle) Pours a lightly hazy bright orange body with a medium off-white head that quickly diminishes. Aroma of guava, grain, mango, pineapple, spruce, and subtle notes of merlot. Flavor of guava, pine, caramel malt, and citrus with a dry finish.

lightly hazy copper, medium head, lacy. nose dominated by guava and citric hops, offset by some caramel maltiness. flavor of citric hops with a note of maltiness, but most memorable for the guava, which seemed a little dry to me. medium bodied, light bitter finish. an interesting enough experiment. sample provided by a flossmoor mug-clubber. riversideAK (6260) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - OCT 17, 2010
Nose is full of guava, lots of fresh fruity flavors, a good deal of lemon and citrus pith as well as grapefruit. Pours hazy orange golden, decently lasting head and lace. Flavors if fresh guava fruit juice followed by strong lemon and grapefruit. Juicy, fresh and sweet followed by strong citrus with a medium strong bitterness. Refreshing, interesting, really damn good. lithy (2996) - Capital of Appalachia, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 1, 2010

shared kan right after release and then late at hopleaf at the half acre event. pours clear golden with white head. nose and flavor has a pleasant fresh PNW hops mixing well with the guava fruit. clean finish. simple and refreshing. at hopleaf it was clearly past it’s prime, just sweet guava as the hops had fallen off a lot.
