COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
OK warriors, were co-hosting a beer thats to be delivered from our brew deck to your ceremonial chalice. Weve again brewed with our cohorts at Three Floyds Brewing Co and have given birth to the sludge of angels, Anicca India Pale. Anicca IPA is single hopped snake juice showcasing the Mosaic hop, a plant throwing off a cornucopia of fruit flavors. Bitter sweet and full of force, this IPA bends your brain into a tropical storm of writhing glory. As the philosophy explains, Anicca will come and go, so come sip this before all is gone.

Admin Note: Please be aware that Three Floyds also has a version of this beer brewed at their own brewery. All Half Acre ratings go here.

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Viktoriagade. Pours clear dark amber with a small, staying, creamy, off-white film head. Aroma has caramel, toasted, quite spicy, herbal, pine, juniper and orange zest. Highish carbonation, dry and quite oily mouthfeel. Flavour is a tad weird, bitter, herbal, bergamot, oranges, bog myrtle and juniper. Seriously dry bitterness. A bit too warming for my liking.

2014 bottle purchased form the brewery. Deep red pour decent head. Smell is hlf acre yeast and pine, some pinesol and lemon, bit of tropical notes. Flavor has a light bit of specialty malt which is caramally and toasty it has flavors of tangerine and pine, with a pervasive finishing bitterness. So many Mosaic hopped beers coming out, maybe the crop was good. Also wanted to say that the bottle cap on this beer is impressive.
