Good balance between hops and malts. Why the hell is it only 3.75 ABV? If I was back at the scoring I'd take points off. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sweet malt and hop aromas. A little rye bite. Nice dry rye pale. Pretty decent body. Perfect summer day sipper.

Very solid, considering the ABV in particular. A nice pale -- and the rye aspect gives a good kick. Recommended as a session.

Can from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA as Mavericks Rye Pale Ale. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma is a little rye and a little fruity. Med body or nearly. Flavor is almost fruit perfume, with rye and some slightly roasty malt. Pretty tasty for the low ABV.

UPDATED: JAN 10, 2015 12 oz. can from Cost Plus. Big white head from a center pour. Straw colored with a little bit of cloudy sediment. Nose of fruity hops and a bit of rye. Pine and grapefruit zest flavors on a nutty rye malt base. Nice complexity. Bright and very dry with some lingering bitterness. Light, crisp, flavorful and refreshing. Exceptionally well done, especially for the low ABV.

3.3
Fatehunter (2582) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - DEC 18, 2014
Pours a thin head on a hazy dull straw colored body. The aroma is mild but has a nice spice and grain smell. The taste is a little watery, mild bitterness, spicy finish. The texture is crisp. Good flavor and easy drinking.

can from bottle dog in kings cross a really nice beer with a cracking amount of hoppyness with a not to bitter finish not very strong so it is something you could drink it all night nit problem

ATulloch (320) - Aberdeenshire, SCOTLAND - AUG 16, 2014
Can from deeside drinks emporium. Pours a lively hazed brown with a small white head with yeast flakes floating around.Nice aromas of sweet toffee with that fruity hoppy whiff. Nice hopped taste with floral and grassy notes. Lovely beer but too much carbonation at first. Best if left for a wee while to settle down.

rodbod (398) - Motherwell, SCOTLAND - JUL 15, 2014
Can, on the train. Nose of orange peel and bitter hops. Overly carbonated (like, hugely) to start with, but that calms down after a bit. Well balanced malt/bitterness. Finish is a wee bit sticky. Very good!

allmyvinyl (10835) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 28, 2014
Can from Beers of Europe. Pours golden amber with a light haze. Aromas of malt, toffee, light spice, bread. Taste has orange bitterness, more light spice. Light body, thin finish. Ok.
