Bottle @ Boon Burger. Pours a clear straw with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a bit of sweet light fruit and flora, but is mainly sweet grains and straw. Flavor is straw forward supported by sweet grains and a hint of flora. markas101 (2499) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - JUL 23, 2014
33 cl bottle, Calgary, AB, Canada via Eric. Very pale, mild honey floral aroma. Sweet, refreshing lemon then a mild hop finish. Pretty straightforward, quite easy to drink. taylorderek (40) - Manitoba, CANADA - JUL 9, 2014
(2014 brew) Poured cold into (princess bubblegum) shaker (It seems appropriate). Pour is a clear yellow with a short white head that dissipated quickly. Beer smells faintly of veggies and floral hops. Beer is not as thin as expected and has an almost creamy medium body. The carbonation is light and the aftertaste morphs from hops to a mildly bitter tomato soup flavour(?)
Not Half Pint’s best beer by a long shot, but very refreshing nonetheless. Reminiscent of a more savoury version of Kokanee. ljthiessen (1437) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - MAY 12, 2014
Bottle, fresh from the day of the 2014 release. Pours a slightly cloudy pale yellow with a pillowy white head. Aroma is grainy malt and fruit, light berries and citrus zest. Flavour is sweet and grainy with subtle fruity notes and a lightly hoppy edge. My least favourite Half Pints release so far, but not necessarily bad. Bottle share. Clear straw yellow. Aroma is gentle fruit sweetness and straw. Taste is funky, malty straw. Thin mouthfeel.

Excellent take on a modern Dortmunder! Crystal clean palate. Nice and crisp. Just the right amount of hops. Great summer sipper. silvorgold (47) - Brandon, Manitoba, CANADA - SEP 7, 2012
Light blonde in appearance, slightly hazy like a very light hefeweizen. Minimal white head
Slight malty and lemon aroma, almost a St James, a bit of a pale ale taste, a bit lagery but not bad.
Tastes like a st James but more hops. Lemon citrus, not bad, almost like a lager but lacks that bleh lager corn taste from macros
Well balanced for being a lighter beer, would drink again but not usually my cup of tea

Hey not every beer has to be extreme. This is a really decent pedestrian beer for a good cause. Clear golden. Some light aroma of bread and lemon. Sweet taste with a little fruitiness, but not too much. Nice beer. Thanks Andrew cards04 (2917) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - JUN 4, 2012
Nice, drinkable helles. Some sweet grains on the nose followed by some fruity(haha) flavours. Not too bad. dreamflower (792) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - MAY 26, 2012
I was hoping for more fruitiness than what this beer delivered. However it is an easy drinking session beer for sure.
