A cloudy, golden yellow coloured beer with a thick white head. A very light nose, wheaty, spicy and a hint of tropical fruit, plus a slight bubblegum-like aroma. The taste is dry, cereal wheat and spice, peppery and clove, the usual tropical fruit flavours of banana, mango etc., plus a slight sourness towards the end. the finish is dry. (Bottle - purchased from Trinkmarkt Altstadt, Neufahrn bei Freising, Germany).

Citric/acidic nose. Cloudy yellow, big white head. Subdued yeasty banana flavor, hop aftertaste. Lightbodied. Nice, but somehow I had expected a little bit more from a homebrewers recipe.
