When everything else ends there will be hundreds of barrels of sour aged beer just sitting about. It’s kinda tragic to think we’ll all be gone but beers like this will be left alone, untouched, never to be consumed. But instead of tragedy, this one is ours to drink now. So let’s celebrate this marvelous beet. Skol! explosivedog (1502) - Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - SEP 23, 2016
On tap at Vultures Lane. Aroma is all sharp white wine. Flavour has white wine, lots of acidity, some citrus. Really nice. joe19612 (3020) - camberley, Surrey, ENGLAND - APR 29, 2016
Bottle. Pours a dark orange colour with a thin white head, aroma is light with some the wine coming through strongly, the taste is medium bitterness at first, then comes the sour in the mouth with a dry bitter finish.

Pouring at Where The Wild Beers Are 2014. Pours a hazed amber with a thin white head. Soft malt, chardonnay. Medium bodied, sweet and tart, tangy acid. Light and tangy, acid with gentle funk. beer-yum (1866) - Wellington, NEW ZEALAND - FEB 8, 2015
UPDATED: MAR 2, 2017 Impressive funky tart aroma in a hazy amber copper pour. Nicely balanced funky sour balance to match with a subtle hint of wood adding complexity. One of the best local (NZ) takes on the style (barrel aged sour).

Bottle shared with the generous Jimthechap. Lovely afternoon that ended up with a misplacement of my notes. Now, here they are. This awas a spectacular coppery beer, terrific, with that aroma of Belgian sour fruits aging in the cellar. Flavour was sour. Damn sour. Apple sour. A nice extravagance. Nice vinegar aroma. Does have a light Flemish sour taste. Good tart base and a citrus touch. Sour cherries, somewhat dry and thin through the finish. Good. Thanks Dean! MrChopin (4304) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - MAY 19, 2014
murky strawberry tea, thin white large bubbled. Musty nose, red fruits, heavily dusty. Flavor is super dusty throughout, manure and berries across mid with lightly tannic with acetic acid in the sticky finish. Pleasant and balance if a muted.
