rating from backlog, it was super fruity, not that great but not bad either. DylansDad (670) - North Shore, Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - AUG 26, 2013
In one word: Clean. Two words: Clean and light. I could go on. Crisp. In a way, this beer occupies the same bland/light/refreshing ground as countless other wretched macro lagers, yet without the industrial adjunct misery. Clinical in its execution, this beer goes down like water, but in a good way. Each mouthful left me wanting another. Slight hop presence sitting on a slightly fruity then nutty malt. lightly carbonated and good-looking. One of the most sessionable beers I’ve tasted. Draft at the source. Clear yellow, white edge head. Aroma of freshly mowed wet grass and meadow flowers. Taste is floral and bitter. Not bad. Oakes (19370) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 9, 2013
Light blond, thin head, slightly spicy hop w mellow, clean pale malt. Good malt character, dry herbal hop, a little fresh grain. Pdubyah (834) - Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - JAN 8, 2013
I don’t get a length of taste or a depth. So I would then describe this as "thin" all over. Lacks body, lacks a defining taste. I for sure don’t get fruits, other than a vague passing passionfruit.
Disappointed that I didn’t enjoy this more because I wanted to.

Very pale colour with a persistent bead of carbonation and the remnants of a white head. It appears as if you shouldn’t expect too much but the aroma suggests otherwise. Lots of fragrant passionfruit and hibiscus, papaya and lychee. Just tropical fruit all over. There’s all that in the taste along with fresh, light golden malts and a lovely sherbety tingle that goes on all over the tongue. It starts to dry on the palate and your enduring impression is "I want it to be hot outside, I want it to be bright and I want a stonking great stein of this stuff." I also wouldn’t mind a lusty, busty moral-free blonde German girl in a bikini to enjoy it with, but then you can’t have everything can you? omega (899) - NEW ZEALAND - FEB 6, 2012
A lighter style of beer that has a nice easy drinking flavour profile. Tropical fruits with a citrus zest. Soft carbonation.

Yellow colored with hazy appearance, little white head. Extremely rich aroma with peach, even blueberry note, grassy flowers. Thin to medium bodied, little bit of watery palate. Flavor is more fruity in start, aftertaste turns to strongly peachy-flowery. Biting end. Refreshing one. TheRealMGD (555) - Lakewood, Washington, USA - AUG 11, 2011
Tap @ Hallertau. Hazy light gold pour with a short white head leaving moderate lace. Fruity, vaguely sweet nose.Medium body with fine, moderate (natural) carbonation. Berries, nuts, biscuit, clean. Short finish is nicely balanced. Maybe a touch of sugar in the middle and finish, but very nice overall. Eminently sessionable, but you’ll have a hard time resisting the other brews in their lineup! beer4eternity (226) - Tauranga, NEW ZEALAND - FEB 5, 2011
330ml bottle. Thanks to Cam & Marita. Clear wonderful gold hue, thin white creamy/fine bubbly head quickly diminishing to a ring with some lacing. Mixture of pleasant but light tropical and citrus fruits, brown spices, vanilla, a bit of green hay, and interesting but not unpleasant yeast aromas - dough, sweat, and soap. Good balance between sweet and bitter - nice taste but short duration. A bit too thin and watery, soft carbonation, crisp dry astringent finish. Nicely marketed beer, overall it is nice but very lacking in substance.
