Bottle at ZBF Sint Niklaas, Belgium, 02-03-08 Some sourness on the nose but there’s actually a lot more maybe, will have to come back to the nose in a bit. Pours golden, in fact deep golden with white thin rim and with an almost oaky woodiness to the taste this really is quite an interesting beer. I return back to the nose and bingo it has noble rot on the aroma reminding me of a ’Royal Tokay’ if the taste was a good as the aroma we’d have had a 4+ beer on our hands, still it was very nice.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a huge orange head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of spices and fruits, but also with light notes of malt. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, alcohol, flowers, and all-spice.

Bottle at Pado. Hazy orange beer with a slightly yellowish lacy head. Yeasty and spicy aroma. The taste is pending to be a bit sour with coriander notes ending in a mild bitterness at the back of the mouth.
