COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Available in 500ml bottles.
Note: The draught version is still and has a separate listing.

This is our bottled cider which is medium and slightly sparkling. It’s made with a blend of vintage cider and new juice which produces an intense flavour.
Hallets Real Cider is produced by hand at Blaengawney Farm using a blend of Welsh cider apples.
It is made using both the traditional fermentation method, with the addition of juice which is fermented using a rarely applied method called Keeving. The result produces a sweet, rich juice and unique Welsh cider which has its own subtle texture and unique taste.
Once blended, it is matured, bottled and stored for a minimum of 3 months, allowing a natural conditioning to occur.

allmyvinyl (10926) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAY 28, 2017
500ml bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Has more going on than most ciders. Tangy and some overripe apple things going on. Decent enough.

AshtonMcCobb (6844) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAY 16, 2017
Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - amber with a fluffy head particularly for a cider. Nose - apple skin and brown oxidised apple. Taste - more brown apple. Palate - light to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - good.

Taboada (1423) - Compostela (Galiza), - NOV 7, 2016
330 mml bottle as part of the European Local Swap, many thanks minutemat. Tasted on the 04/11/2016. Clear golden colour with almost not head. Aroma of apples and sugar. Taste is some sweet apples and some sugar. Next one please!

MrHangover (4693) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - SEP 2, 2016
Bottle. Pours a clear golden cider liquid without any head on top. Aroma has light sugary apples, not much else. Still very hard to properly describe a cider without returning to the apple fermentation with sparkly goodness. That’s basically it.

3.3
Maakun (6285) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - JUN 17, 2016
Bottle at THT. Clear bright golden with very short lasting fizzy white head. Sweet apples, lots of dusty apple peel, light mineral. Slight cellar funk and dust, with a light herbal finish. Under medium sweet. Medium dry with soft carbonation. Ok

3.2
mariuspoenari (2954) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - JUN 17, 2016
Sampled at THT June tasting. Clear pale golden, no head. Smells like macerated apples. Tastes pretty much the same, apples, sour fruit and sugar. Medium to light body with a low carbonation and a sweet aftertaste.

3.3
DwarfeD (3540) - Amersfoort, NETHERLANDS - JUN 11, 2016
500ml bottle shared at home. Clear golden with almost no head. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Quite sweet with subtle sour and bitter tones. Apples, oak, honey and tart. Did go well with the BBQ.
