Bottle, thanks to skinnyviking! Hazy straw yellow, thin white head. Grass, hay, hops, and flowers in the aroma. Chamomille really dominates the flavor though, and might be a bit much for me. Not too sweet, which was nice. Slick, lighter body. Interesting, but not one to revisit. ClubGonzo (5670) - Bergen, NORWAY - NOV 25, 2010
Bottle from Høkeren, Copenhagen. Hazy, straw/honey-colored body with a big, pillowy head. Aroma is pale malts, some sour-ish herbal notes, hints of honey and chamomile. A bit faint, leaving me with the expectation that this is gonna be another one of those "beers-brewed-with-something-you-can’t-really But no. This one does taste quite a bit. Mostly, very unusual tastes; I have never tasted anything like it, at least. Flowery, sweet hops, herbs, spices and chamomile with hints of honey. Highly original and a well-made brew, though not entirely to my liking. That is: a glass is fine, but I’m glad I shared this half liter bottle with two others... stouby (4666) - Holbæk, DENMARK - OCT 21, 2010

Colour is dark golden with a white top. Aroma is malt and alcohol. Flavour as of the nose. larsga (7540) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAY 24, 2010
Small white head. Hazy brown body with light carbonation. Papery floral rye aroma, very faint, with honey notes. Dry-sweet roasty rye crisp bread and honey floral taste with herbal camomile notes. Mild mouthfeel. Light, dense body. Dry honey and grain aftertaste with a roasty rye edge and dandelion notes. Very nice, and quite unusual. Hazy golden colour with big foamy off-white head and lots of floaters.
Aroma is herbal/floral bitter hoppy with some spices. Flavour is somewhat sweet with floral and herbal hoppy bitterness. Tea-like fruity notes and spices. After all quite enjoyable but light beer.
(Bottle at Pikkulintu, Helsinki) Poured as golden and almost clear with quite large, long lasting and white head. Aroma was fruity, mildly spicy and bit sweet. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, fruitiness, spices, sweetness, mildly salt, citricness and low bitterness. Aftertaste was mildly bitter and sweet. Light yellow colored with little white head, cloudy appearance. Nice sun-flowery and grassy hopped aroma with thin spices and lemon. Medium bodied. Flavor is also nicely hopped with same sun-flowery tone dominating, aftertaste dries with some sweet flowers still lasting. Good beer.
