COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Pours honey hazy almost no retention. Nose is yeasty and not much more. Taste is unpleasant. Is has a sweet / sour mix coupled with a yeasty taste that is no good. It ends with a pronounced bitterness that does suit the style and enhances the flaws.

Hald 28/7 2016. 50 cl bottle at friends. Painting of sunset with green corona (or chemical green rainbow) on the label. Does not look entirely healthy. Pours hazy yellow with white head. Deadline disappears fairly fast. No lacing. Aroma is sour with orange and lemon. A little bit chemical. Medium carbonation and slightly thick palate. Flavor has short light sweetness followed by a medium bitterness and sourness. More pronounced bitterness in aftertaste. Semi dry finish. This beer is without the lemonadelike sweetness of most wheat beers. More on the tart side. Bur refreshing for an old sourmouth like me.

From tap at the restaurant. It’s a hazy golden beer with a white had. Malty and wheaty aroma. Bitter hoppy flavor with wheat notes. Not much wit to this.

(Bottle). Unfortunately tasted after "Halsnæs Classensgade Lise" which may have affected my judgment because I think this beer basically tastes the same. Slightly soapy flavor of wheat, floral hops, some yeast and spices.
