UPDATED: JAN 12, 2010 DØE Valby 09. Pours black with a beige head. Aroma is roasted barley, coffee and liquorish. Flavour is roasted barley, slightly acidic. Bitter aftertaste. Rating 3.

Clear medium to dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hard roasted, light coffee, cresylic acidic. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.

Draught. [Beer festival 2009] Small beige head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Black color. Aroma of coffee, roasted malt, liquorish, flower, grapefruit, chocolate. Medium to almost full bodied with a soft carbonation and light dry texture. Moderated sweet and bitter flavor in balance. Dry bitter and roasted malty finish.
