Very nice looking ruby/copper hue. Nice medium sized white head with little to no lacing. Smells of malt and rubber. Tastes of caramel and soured malt. Very thin and bitter.

Bottle at Arends Nest. Hazy amber beer, good off white head. Nice creamy vanilla nose. Softish dry palate. A little mildy sweet vanilla malt. Not really getting any specific honey, just an overall sweeteness. Soft and dry finish. Decent enough if somewhat over dry.

undercurrent25 (2146) - Barnton, Cheshire, ENGLAND - MAR 21, 2011
This beer is amber in colour, the taste is quite dry and not that disimilar to a lager in taste

Grima (2394) - Merzkirchen, RLP, GERMANY - JAN 21, 2011
Orange-brown color with a large head and a lot of CO2. Smells malty fermented, fruity, subtly sweet. Starts dominant malty with some earthy-bready note, and very recent. The taste is also malty sweet, and again becoming some woodier. Successful Dubbel.

08/01/2011 - 30cl bottle @ home (2011-9) Thanks to George for the bottle!

Dark orange to amber coloured beer, little cloudy. White head dissipates immediately after pouring. Aroma: caramel, ripe fruits, spices, roasted malts, hops. MF: lots of carbon, light to medium body. Taste: hops and citrus fruits, a little sweet malts. Aftertaste: citrus, not too much hops. Simple yet more complex then I would have imagined. This brewery has surprised me for the second time (first time was with the Zondebok).

gyllenbock (9184) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - NOV 23, 2010
Bottle at Arendsnest in Amsterdam, November 2010. Slightly hazy dark orange with sediments. Small white head. Aroma of malt and spices. Did not feel much vanilla or honey in the taste. Drinkable but did not taste that much.

Jerre (3431) - Waregem, BELGIUM - OCT 16, 2010
Bottle @ home (from Mitra). Clear amber color, with offwhite head. Aroma bit spice, caramel, malts and yeast. Medium body. Taste little spice, sweet, caramel, malts.

dEnk (4200) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - MAY 11, 2010
Slight hazy amber pour, large slightly tanned head. Aroma of fruit, mostly sour apple. Flavour is some dry bitterness with a faint sweaty fruity something. Meh.

Abio (1869) - BERMUDA - FEB 25, 2010
Bottle at home. Smells like a mixture of pilsener with milk. Amber coloured, nice head, but won’t hold to long. Sour taste, with some honey and vanilla. Once in a lifetime...

BoBoChamp (5755) - Gent, BELGIUM - DEC 11, 2009
30cl, Dutch brewery, from Slijterij van Bergen Eindhoven, complex brew, not balanced, cloudy, small head, nice brew
