A brown beer with a slight red shine and a thick but quite fluffy dark brown head. The aroma is sweet and very roasted, combined with notes of dark bitter chocolate. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of roasted malt and chocolate, and raw cocoa powder, leading to a dry roasted end lending some dryness from the cocoa powder. The mouthfeel is smooth and thick, until the dry aftertaste sets in. joergen (28149) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUN 17, 2005
