UPDATED: SEP 16, 2017 Birra fresca e beverina ,non ha una struttura è non impegna molto,ma risulta gradevole da bere come aperitivo per accompagnare dei crudi di pesce.I sentori di agrumi e di spezie ne fanno una birra molto versatile ,che può piacere a chi si avvicina alle birre artigianali.La sua mancanza di forza e robustezza ne fa una birra da pranzo e anche da post cena.I suoi sentori di lime e pompelmo non la fanno preferire accanto a cibi troppo carichi di acqua ,ha un gran pregio,pulisce bene la bocca da grassi e untuosità .

Giallo paglierino, sottile schiuma frizzante. Al naso molto agrumata e speziata, sentori di coriandolo. Al palato lievito, spezie, agrumi. Dolce ben gestito. ben fatta.
