Keg @ Hammerheart. Deep Amber pour with a small white head. Nose is bready. Some toast and mellow hedgerow earthiness. Grass. Taste of sweet bread. Grainy. Some sweet autumnal fruits. Plum and apple. Toasty bitterness. Medium body, a touch oily.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear amber gold with an off white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has grassy and floral notes with underlying citrus and light grain. Flavor combines earthy grains, grass and flora with a bit of bread backing.

Orange big white head. Full body, nice hop flavor, decent beer, buy too much body and odd peaty and soapy aftertaste.

UPDATED: MAY 17, 2014 Sampled from a growler at the Rapids Liquor Tasting. Aroma is earthy all-around, from the malts to the hops. Not my favorite brew of theirs, but even their average offerings are different and memorable. Update, on tap @ Hammerheart. This beer is a bit better than my first experience.

Tap at Hammerheat. I liked this more than some of the other raters. Full malt flavor with a good infusion of hops. Full palate. Good.

Pour on tap at the brewery, dark orange-red pour with white head, aroma brought notes of caramel, toffee, hints of cardboard, diacetyl come through with a touch of grass, slight fruity note in there as well with some red fruits. Taste is a mix of butter, grass, biscuit, hints of caramel, toffee, earth, slight fruit, finishing fairly bitter.

Tap @ Hammerheart. Pours a slightly hazy orange with off-white head. Aroma is malts up front, some bitter hops. Flavor is solid enough, nice subdued hops, decent malts. Bought a growler because it was cheap.

On tap @ HammerHeart. Pours a dark reddish orange appearance with an off white head. Twangy, citrusy, light buttery aroma. Quite bitter, mild caramel, slight diacetyl, tangerine flavor. Not a fan.
