Pale Ale.
A refreshing pale ale with six different hops from the US and New Zealand giving a complex citrus aroma. The subtle sweet malt flavour balances the fresh bitterness.
Our friend the brewing legend that is JK (James Kemp) formerly Head Brewer of Buxton, Senior brewer for Thornbridge and Fullers helped develop the recipe for this our very first beer.

Lane. Ciemnozłote, klarowne, z szybko opadającą pianą. Aromat cytrusowo-kwiatowy. W smaku cytrusowo, z kontrą słodowo-karmelową. Raczej mało przyjemna, średnia goryczka. Tego dnia piłem już lepsze.

330ml bottle @ 5.2% from whole foods. Pours Amber with little to no head. Lovely citrus aromas. Taste is a little underwhelming. Overall pleasant and enjoyable.

I usually like these medium strength IPA/APAs but the accent on the highly citrusy hops put this one out of balance for me. Usual rider that it’s probably somebody’s thing but ’tain’t mine .

Bottle from the Station Tavern, Cambridge. Brownish gold with a small amount of off-white head on top - bit of visible carbonation. Gooey resin in the aroma, with some hay, roasted nut and earthy yeast. The sweet and gummy taste is pleasant but not a patch on the smell. Clean refreshing finish with more bitterness in the finish. A tasty APA, nice to make its acquaintance.

Bottle from Draft House Hammersmith as "N7 IPA". Slightly hazy darkish orange with small head. Quite pronounced spritz. Aroma is oranges and vegetal hop funk. Nice balance of sweetness and medium bitterness. Citrus rind, a touch of minerals. Tight carbonation. Very nice brew indeed.

33 cl bottle. BBE 12/2016.

Pours clear golden color with a very large white head. Strong herbal and mineral aroma, mild zesty tones, hops. Flavor is slightly wheaty, some herbs, citric, grassy, orange. Harsh carbonation pretty much ruins this.

Handpump at Rake in London. Hazy orange dark pour, off-white foam with retention. Nose: malty, orange/citric. Mouth: fresh juicy citric start and a bit oniony. Decent ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
