12 oz bottle from local grocery store. Pours a translucent brass color with a small white head that has fair retention. The aroma is soft and indistinct with mild grains, grass and a hint of melons. The flavor, unlike the nose, is fairly assertive, with complex citrus--I get oranges, mangoes and papaya. The malt base is bready and compliments the hops nicely. The palate is a bit on the lighter side which is appropriate for the style, and the carbonation is lively. Finishes short and dry. Overall: I’m impressed, this pale ale rocks.
Draft. Very little aroma. Flavor is all caramel and orange, with maybe a hint of milk chocolate. Straightforward and really well-deserved. snoworsummer (5624) - baltimore, Maryland, USA - FEB 2, 2016
Draft at Idle Spurs. Pours opaque orange gold with a fizzy white head. Tastes like mellow grapefruit, smooth citrus hops, some caramel, and some lemon. Medium body and low carbonation. Smells like caramel malt, some grapeftuit, some lemon, and mellow citrus hops. corby112 (2804) - philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 14, 2015
Pours a slightly hazy, dark golden straw color with a two finger frothy head that has good retention, slowly fading into a lasting cap/ring. Streaks of lace left behind.
Delicate floral hop aroma with grassy, saaz-like notes along with pale malt, light fruit, bread and biscuit.
Fuller bodied than expected with a spicy, crisp hop bite that lingers over the pale malts and light fruit notes into slight dry finish. Grassy with floral pine needle flavor followed by apple and pear sweetness, bread and biscuit. Nothing groundbreaking but this is a solid pal ale that’s flavorful and easy to drink. rosenbergh (11532) - Tampere, FINLAND - APR 30, 2015
12 oz bottle. (Whole Foods) Las Vegas, NV.troyc (2869) - Illinois, USA - MAR 3, 2015
Clear yellow golden colour with a tiny white head.
Sweet hops and grainy malt in the aroma.
The flavour is sweet fruity hops, grainy malt and some sweetness. The hops doesn’t seem to be super fresh. Sweet and grainy APA.
[Tap] Darker golden pour with a small but lasting white head. Nice aromas of perfume, citrusy hops and some fresh pine. Notes of floral hops, grapefruit, lemongrass, honey and biscuits in the flavor. Medium in body. Crisp and clean hoppy finish. A nice beer that I could drink a lot of. Tasting notes from 8/2014.

Hazy golden orange. Citrus aroma, light but decent amarillo hop. Citrus hop flavour but really lacking in what this could be in a single hop apa. loubar (157) - Los Gatos, California, USA - NOV 4, 2014
Middle of the road hoppy pale ale. Not bad but not overly complex with hints of citrus on a suble malt base. I like that it stays pretty balanced on the palette with, thankfully, a moderate bitter finish. Not exceptional, on one hand, yet nothing not to like on the other. Refreshing. drjoeng (1230) - SINGAPORE - SEP 25, 2014

This brew is a hazy orange-amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, citrus and malt. Light to medium-body with flavors of floral hops, citrus and roast malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Decent overall. slowrunner77 (11917) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 4, 2014
"A nice easy drinking and balanced pale. Blasts of citrus contasted with light bready and caramel. Light bodied, but with ample flavor and a surprising subtle complexity. Godd brew."
