From a bottle and cloudy pale appearence.A white minium head.Sour and fruity flavor. Also fizzy and slick texture.
Bottle. Clear yellow with almost no head. Acidic and boozy with some apricot and tangerine skins, incredibly sour and biting, stripping teeth, full body and moderate carbonation. Just not my thing. bhensonb (15849) - Woodland, California, USA - SEP 11, 2017
750 c&c from Bine & Vinej. Pours hazy orange/gold with a very transient white head. Aroma of sourish, winey apricots. Med body. Flavor is very tart/sour and very apricot. A bit of wood. For some strange reason it matches well with spicy summer sausage. marcus (10752) - Sacramento, California, USA - SEP 11, 2017
Bottle shared by bhensonb. Pours hazy gold with a transient white head and a sour apricot aroma. There is a funky brett-induced sour apricot flavor with a tart finish. Boutip (6567) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 28, 2017
Bottle: Poured a clear golden/orangey color ale with a small foamy head with very little retention. Aroma of tart notes is dominant some oak and acidity also showing. Taste is also a mix of sour notes with some pronounced acidic flavours, some oak and light funky flavours. Body is about average with light carbonation. Not bad but lacking depth and complexity. Pours hazy, barely translucent banana with a minimal eggshell head. Aroma offers tart fruit, not much else. Flavor is tart and dry, nice if nothing spectacular. Mouthfeel offers decent fizz and body. Do a barrel roll.

Bottle from trade. Get your TUMs ready... clear golden orange in color... Aroma of apricots, lemon, funk, acidity... Flavor is intensely tart, like biting into an unripe apricot, apricot skins, pits, lemon tartness, some white wine barrel notes... enjoyable, but a little too tart

Thia somehow ended up in my box that i brought back from the RBSG 2015 in Portland, Oregon. Not sure how it ended up in there and that it took me one and a half years to find it. Too many beers in my cellar. From the 750 ml bottle, it pours a hazy blond color with a smallish white head. Nose is funky apricot. Medium body. Flavor is tart apricot and the finish has great funk. Really tasty and well balanced for a sour. RasmusOtt (2902) - Aarhus, DENMARK - SEP 4, 2016
Bottle at Dangerous bottleshares 20th edition. Pours hazy yellow with a tiny head. Aroma of apricot, lactic tartness, stone fruits, oak and slight candied peaches. The taste is extremely sour with notes of vinegar, apricot, oak and funk. I was surprised by this! Klimaet (3048) - Aarhus N, DENMARK - AUG 7, 2016
