COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Say hello to Betty IPA! She’s an American IPA boasting a blend of Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe and Centennial hops, and starting in March she’ll be the first new beer to join our year-round lineup in over 3 years! We spent 8 months perfecting this hop blend, and we love the huge range of juicy aromas and flavors we were able to hit: tropical fruit, citrus zest, berries, stone fruit and pine are all packed in, soaring over a base of pleasant bitterness and drinkable 6.5% ABV.

With Betty we had one goal: brew the modern, American IPA that we’d want to drink ourselves, every day. Each time you drank a batch of Experimental IPA in our Tasting Room you helped us build this beer, and we can’t wait for you to meet Betty.

Delicious IPA from Hangar. Floral and citrus aroma with the taste following the nose, and amazing drink ability. This new IPA has quickly become one of my go to beers.

Another solid IPA from hangar 24. Good citrus and bitter hop flavor and pretty easy to drink a lot of. Great stuff.

Selected as an option as part of a pick six at city wine and spirits. Nice aroma. Nice balanced hoppy IPA.

Holee Shit. Huge Mango, stone fruit and lychee bomb. A pleasure to drink, with a great, attenuated body. Top notch IPA - this is how it is done.

Pours two and half fingers of head on a hazy straw body. The aroma is full of lemon, pine, grapefruit, pineapple and mango. Incredible. The taste mirrors the smell; lots of pine and citrus bitterness, finishes with a semi-harsh bitter note. The texture is crisp. Excellent all around.

Draft at Sprenger’s. Off-bright pale amber with tight white foam and extensive lace. Mouthwatering mango and mandarin nose. Simple, unobtrusive sweetness complements nasturtium and grapefruit, but there is a shade more sulfate than I’d prefer. Lupulin sticks around, ephemerally, enough to please and fulfill the expectations of an AIPA.

Tasty. A very solid IPA. Great bitterness, some fruit, some grass, just good stuff.

12oz bottle. New in town and fresh! Hazy pale orange with good lacing. Enjoyable citrus nose with oily hops. Up front grapefruit flavors with a balance of malts and bitterness that pleases me. Some earthiness. Clean dry finish.

Awesome IPA. Wow. Cloudy orange pour from draft at west 4th and jane in Santa Monica. Bursts with tropical citrus fruity happiness. Perfect hop and bitter balance. Delicious.
