When you’ve got a good thing going... why not double it? That’s right, "Double Betty" takes the Betty IPA you know and love and scales it up to 100 IBU and 10% ABV, featuring extra additions of Equinox and Galaxy hops. We brewed this delicious monster of a beer to celebrate the upcoming American Craft Beer Week... so, help us celebrate? It launches in our Tasting Room on Monday, May 11th.

Bottle from Jane’s. Pours out a bright orange/golden with small bubbly head, which fades to a ring. And then there’s the hops...how appropriate there’s a bomber on the label, as I felt as if my palate just got carpet bombed by the Equinox and Galaxy. Dank and funky, strong hoppy aroma and taste. I like big IPAs, and this one is large. Big hop monster to sip and enjoy.

bhensonb (15498) - Woodland, California, USA - MAR 4, 2017
Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours coppery gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is tropical/herbal/citrus and maybe a little bit of earth (or it could just be approaching dank). Med + body. Flavor is tropical and citrus. Think it has a zest aspect. Lots of hop. Fairly dry. Pretty bitter! Lots of hop. Might serve as a preservative solution! Good stuff.

Bomber from BevMo. Clear medium amber in color. Sweet nose with a little bit of hoppiness. Some breadiness as well. Sweet and hoppy up front with a little bit of bread. Some spiced hop character. Fairly drinkable brew, but not as hop forward as I would like.
