At Harrys Hofbrau, pours lightly haZy golden with small head. Notes of pine resin, booze, blood orange and caramel malt. Tons of heat in the back end of the flavor as well as a lingering sweetness. Not a fan beerbaaron (1997) - Arizona, USA - FEB 12, 2016
Unclear orange. Fluffy white head. Fruity; Liquid citrus! Bursts with citrus, some tropical fruits. Some pith. Some spiciness at the end. Medium to full body. Moderate bitterness. No alcohol or harshness of any kind. Perfect for one of the first warm days of the year. MarinEvelyn (852) - Wisconsin, USA - FEB 12, 2016
A nice mix of all the different citrus fruits, hops, and a light bitterness. Not too heavy. Nice after a hard days work. corby112 (2813) - philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 14, 2015
Pours a slightly hazy, dark tangerine color with apricot edges and a two finger off-white head that quickly settles into a thin, lasting ring. Splotchy lacing left behind.
Sweet floral hop aroma that’s slightly faded with lots of citrus fruit followed by sweet caramel malt. Hints of tangerine, apricot and oranges followed by caramel and toffee. Some earthy pine and grassy saaz-like hops as well but it’s more malt forward at this point.
Medium bodied and resinous with dry bitterness countered by citrus fruit and a sweet malt backbone. Earthy and more hop forward than expected with grassy pine needle flavor followed by orange peel, apple and grapefruit. Sweet caramel malt backbone with some biscuit, bread and toffee flavor. Decently balanced but the hops are a bit faded and the malt presence is stronger than I prefer.

Pour out of bottle, hazy orange-amber pour with white head, aroma brought orange peel, orange oils into some lemon, touch of grapefruit into a hint of grass, slight biscuity bread in there as well. Taste was a mix of biscuit, bread and caramel into lots of lemon, tart orange, orange peel with some slight grassy herbal notes, finishing bitter. arondee (601) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - NOV 16, 2014
Pours a golden orange color with a thick white head and tons of yeast. I was trying to avoid yeast and I still got a ton. Aroma is pretty nice, mostly grapefruit and citrus hops. The taste is honey, grapefruit rind, and alcohol. I’m disappointing with how much alcohol I can taste considering it’s "only" 8.5%. Just ok, I was hoping for a lot more orange flavor. beerbastard (844) - Mesa, Arizona, USA - NOV 5, 2014
22oz bottle, Just tried this at Hangar 24 this weekend, as soon as I got back home, grabbed a bottle a local bottle shop. Mmmm. Pale brownish orange, with lace. Mixed bouquet of aromas, orange blossoms, fruits, pine, citrus rind. Up front orange and grapefruit peel flavors, with pine. The bitterness matches a honey malt backbone. Some spiciness with the alcohol well hidden. BeerFanDan17 (1124) - Brunswick, Maine, USA - OCT 29, 2014
Sample on draft at Neighborhood in downtown San Diego. A semi-fruity brew with maltiness and good hop balance. Pours medium golden.

Hazy gold - amber beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and smooth with decent fine carbonation. Airy and creamy sweet malts. Nice citric hops, little hop sting too. Rich orange here with some grapefruit and citric peel. Mild floralness. Smooth semi dry finish. Very drinkable DIPA.
