Bomber from GM Liquors. Nose is caramel, cinnamon, and a hint of bubblegum. Clear amber with a medium beige head. Flavor is lightly sweet caramel with just a hint of bitterness. fordest (2470) - Santee/San Diego, California, USA - SEP 9, 2015
Bottle shared with friends. Caramel and other malty notes on this beer. It was pretty much what I expected after the initial spice aromas. Dogbrick (12912) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - AUG 25, 2015
Sample at the taproom. Cloudy orange-amber color with a medium bone white head that recedes gradually. Small patches of lace. Aroma of malt, caramel and cinnamon. Medium body with a sweet caramel malt and cinnamon flavor, with subtle woody character. The finish is malty with a sweet cinnamon maple aftertaste. Above average overall. On draft at the Brewery. Clear amber pour, with an off white head. Spruce, bread, caramel, cinnamon spice, and some herbal bitterness. Decent spiced beer. monk191 (1959) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAR 31, 2015
A very good winter warmer. Pours a bright red-orange with a foamy head. Smells of maple syrup, apples, vanilla and cinnamon. Taste is quite sweet, with lots of maple syrup, berries, juniper and vanilla, and more syrup in the finish. Warms on the way down. A bit like Anderson Valley's Winter Solstice with more maple syrup. Had in the bottle.

Bottle... Pours hazy and burnt-orange with a small, creamy, off-white head. The aroma features toffee, toasted tree nuts, caramel, a vinous note of port and a trace of bread dough. Full-bodied with modest carbonation. Lightly sweet, nutty flavor and lightly bitter finish. Very nice. Bottle courtesy of richiesd! thegreenrooster (4365) - St.louis, Missouri, USA - FEB 22, 2015
Pour is a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma is at first a nice spruce that give this a wintergreen smell. Also some cinnamon and other various spices are detected. Flavor is a decent spice with more of the spruce showing. Reminds me of a evergreen forest. Pretty good beer. Everything in a winter warmer you are looking for. Not overly spiced or heavy just a jumble of flavors that get better as the beer warms. BOLTZ7555 (3027) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - JAN 14, 2015
A nice spiced winter warmer with hints of maple, spicy cinnamon sticks, evergreen, toffee, and brown sugar. Nothing extremely memorable but undoubtedly enjoyable. beerguy101 (5360) - Newark, California, USA - JAN 2, 2015
Sampled on 1/2/2015. This spiced beer pours a deep copper color from a 22oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head, with decent retention and nice lacing. The aroma is malty and sweet, with some spruce/pine and cinnamon. A medium bodied spiced ale. The malts are caramel and fruity. The hops are herbal and earthy. Decent carbonation. There is a little too much cinnamon and not enough maple for my tastes, but it is a nice sipping beer. Nice beer for a cold winter evening. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet. mikedR (1561) - Gilbert, Arizona, USA - JAN 1, 2015
Very enjoyable. A very quaffable winter warmer-type beer. A bit lighter than expected, but the ABV is notched down too. I like this one.
