Draught at the brewpub, on December 27, 2010
Clear golden color, white micro bubble head. Fresh, herbal, very hoppy but still mild, fruity, soooo fresh taste, I love it! Long lingering bitterness. Fresh, herbal, hoppy scent, dear god I love me some fresh pilsner! Smooth a bit moussy mouthfeel. Medium high herbal bitterness.
I’d say it’s worth visiting Hanover even if you only have time to sample one beer, if you go to the HBX brewpub and sample it fresh, damn that was nice!

Tap from the brewpub 24th june 2011. Golden, clear with a large nice white head. The aroma starts sweet malty where after a while it gets more and more nice fresh fruity. The taste is sweet butterish, malty with again a more and more nice hoppy end. GOOD
