Hanover Weizen is brewed in the old South German recipe. Our master brewers learned to brew wheat beer’s ability to spot in Bavaria. Only then can we guarantee that all the parameters that make up a good wheat beer can also apply. The special top-fermenting wheat beer yeast, we can deliver specially from Bavaria. A few minutes after the arrival and the long journey, the yeast is added to the South, so that they can convert the wort into classic, open fermentation into alcohol and carbon dioxide.
