Bottle, 375 ml, shared with Tomi and Max. Fruity, peach, sour, wood, horseblanket, funky, tart, some vinegar. Medium bodied. dfearnley (2071) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - APR 20, 2017
I shocked the hell out of this, but I got no head and it looks like hazy apple juice. Lots of butter and sour apple on the nose. Not strawberry, but there is a slight berry taste, but I do get lots of sour apple. It’s a bit off, but still drinkable. It’s also acidic as hell...so much so that it burns going down. davidezdonz (487) - Hong Kong, HONG KONG - APR 17, 2017
A 375ml corked and caged bottle with a notched Lotnr of H (not sure what this means). Then there are two dates. The first I translated from Dutch to: “to consume preferably before” 7th August 2027. The second I translated from French to: “best before” 7th August 2034. Not sure why there are two different dates for different languages. Poured into a Cantillon ballon glass. It was a lightly hazy dark golden orange colour with no head and no lacing. Aromas of oak, vinegar, acidity, strawberry and funk. Tastes sour, tart and acidic with notes of vinegar and berries. Light bodied with extremely low to no carbonation and quite a harsh acidic feel. Overall for me, this could use more carbonation. In addition, I wasn’t really getting much strawberries in the flavour, and any berry flavour I did get was quite light. The main thing though was the quite harsh acidity as each swallow felt a light burn on my throat. Ysok02 (1525) - Mons, BELGIUM - APR 15, 2017
Pours totally flat and orange in colour. The usual musty gueuze aroma with a hint of fruit. Tart, sharp and mouth-puckeringly dry finish with another hint of fruit. The subtle fruit edge does increase down the glass. More like a cider than a beer and overall one of the oddest beers I have ever tried.

FinnIckler (421) - GERMANY - MAR 22, 2017
Bottle from savaeure-biere.com. Pours cloudy amber. Nose is acidic, vinegar, strawberry, cherry. No carbonation. Palate starts a bit watery, but quickly becomes fruity and acidic. Finish is also very acidic. I agree with the description, a good beer to drink as an appetizer, or during cooking. Palate could be way more intense though. fkoolen (1185) - Maastricht, NETHERLANDS - MAR 4, 2017
37,5 cl bottle @ Drinkers Pub, Eindhoven. Cloudy golden, no head or carbonation: completely flat. Intensely acidic, white grapes, muscat, vinegar, nicely funky, faint strawberry note, salty finish. Lingering fruity and sour finish. Firm body. TheCametron (2480) - CZECH REPUBLIC - FEB 21, 2017
Bottle in the morning whilst watching Trainspotting. Homework before going to see T2. It produced not so much as a hiss when the cork came out. The same thing happened with the Hanssen Frambozenlamik. Is lack of carbonation a Hanssen’s thing? Lovely jammy Strawberry aroma. Quite a vinegar vibe also. An expensive artisanal vinegar. I’d have appreciated a touch of carbonation to liven up the experience. Really enjoyed it but a pop would have really made it pop.
