Little hazy yellow, no foam remaining as anticipated. Typical lambic aroma with hint of strawberries. Great sour taste, a beer for warmer day, but this last day of 2016 is also OK. (Velp 201612)

SHared 375ml bottle. Pours a murky bronze with almost no head and little carbonation. Aroma of strawberries and funk. Taste is extremely tart and sour with strawberries and other dark berries. Plenty of funk. And super-tart, sour, vinegary and acetic.

Aroma: lots of funk and some fruitiness; Appearance: hazy brown orange pour with little carbonation; Taste: not very tart, slightly sour and vinegary; not altogether pleasant; Palate: light bodied with short finish; Overall: not sure if its the age of the beer or the beer itself, but definitely a subpar lambic. Would not get again.

Bottle. Hazy gold, no head. Strong strawberry aroma with some rotting odours, but both are overtaken by vinegar and some bracken and lemon-like funk. Almost flat, quite slippery. Taste is odd but better than the aroma. The lambic is sour and acidic but not as vinegary as feared. And the strawberries just dont go very well, but theyre not rotting, which is a plus. After a while the sourness was sufficient that I pretty much stopped noticing the fruit, which is surprising because it seemed quite jammy. This definitely improved matters a bit. Not good at all.

Aroma:
Medium aroma of malts, fruit, strawberry and vinegar.

Appearance:
Turbid golden/amber beer with slight yeast and with no head.

Taste/Palate:
Starts slightly dry and sour with vinegar; ends medium sweet with malts, fruit and strawberry.

Overall:
This beer ia rather intense, complex and balanced. The strawberry works really great, but I have no idea where that god awful vinegar comes from.

375ml bottle. Almost clear golden orange with no head. White lacing. Funk, vinegar, barnyard and strawberries in the aroma. Taste is high sour with some fruity notes. Overall, a nice brew but a bit too sour.

W aromacie genialnie, truskawka razem z krzakiem, lekka, stonowana dzikość, szampańsko, lekkie siano, lekki ocet.
