UPDATED: FEB 23, 2015 Bottle: Thanks, Kevin! Vibrant orange body, yielding no head or carbonation at all... Oily looking, almost like a still mead. Aroma is lovely with notes of strawberry, sweet & almost candy-like. Hints of barnyard hay & lightly sweaty funk back up the strawberry fruits. Wow - the first sip is unexpectedly sour. Incredibly sour, puckering... Aroma smelled more sweet, but the taste is all sour. Loses complexity... Less strawberry & funk, more of a lactic, lemon flesh & sweettart sourness that rips through everything. Very timid strawberry & musty funk in the finish, but the acidic notes tower over everything. Moderate vinegar throughout. Flat, oily mouth feel, really wish this was carbonated better (or at all). I love the ripping sourness of the beer, just wish it maintained more of the complexity of the strawberries & funk on the palate. Appearance/body hurts the score, this would be better with proper carbonation.

375 ml bottle. Pours a dusty orange amber with little head. Aromas of woolly funk, barnyard and dried fruit. Flavors follow same with dried red berries and wheat. Strawberries are present though subtle and dry. Acidity is noticeable but relatively mellow for a lambic. Very nice

Pours cloudy yellow-orange, with no head. Aroma is peach and nectarine with some wood and urine. Extremely sour/acidic, discernable taste is grapefruit and and light funk. The strawberries can just be recognised but maybe only because I knew they had to be there? The acid almost burns my throath and it is way too much for me, at this stage. Light body, no fizz. I may have to get used to this level of acidity.

375ml bottle, served @ Pressklubben, Stockholm. In your face sour with barnyard and citric notes. Some strawberries too, sure, but not overly dominating the beverage.

Lotto H, best before 07/08/2034, aperta il 23 maggio 2017. Oro antico opalescente, schiuma non pervenuta. Aroma di fragola essiccata e acetone, leggero frumento e leggero legno. Al palato acidula, fragola, leggerissimo erbaceo fresco, finale legnoso misto a leggero frumento. Retrolfatto con fragola fresca. Praticamente piatta, texture oleosa, corpo leggero.

Smagt på Ølfestival, København. Dejlig jordbærlambic. Frist smag. OK med sødme.

tia (2130) - Sandston, Virginia, USA - MAY 8, 2017
UPDATED: MAY 8, 2017 Bottle from de Fles Winkel. Orange woth a rim of bubbles. Funk, light vinegar, and cotton candy. Flavor not as robust as aroma. A little flat.

Garrold (5168) - Sheffield, South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - MAY 6, 2017
Bottle. Arcade Beers, Huddersfield. Bright orange. Soft haze. No head. Looks like Lucozade. Nose has mouldy strawberry. Wafer biscuit. Sawn wood. Bit of glue. Taste is super tart, acidic, and dry. Minimal carbonation makes for a heavy going beer. Mouthfeel is gluey and acidic. Finish is more or less the same. Hard work. A beer as sour as this needs some life in it to ease the pain. This completely lacks that.

Iznogud (3710) - CROATIA - MAY 4, 2017
Bottle, 375 ml, shared with Tomi and Max. Fruity, peach, sour, wood, horseblanket, funky, tart, some vinegar. Medium bodied.
