I’ve tasted this beer during the "Toer de Geuze 2011" at the brewery. Wow, that’s probebly the best appetizer I’ve ever tasted. Despite that’s a strawberry beer, the colour is like a lambic, slighly darker. But the aroma of the strawberries are in your nose when you’re pouring it out. And the smell is about "real" strawberries. The taste is like a real lambic and the aftertast, the full aroma of the strawberries are there again. when finished the bottle, I got the taste that I’ve eaten a bowl of fresh strawberries. I’m a lamic lover and a strawberry lover, gosh, lovly combination. Fanastic beer as an apero or hot summer night,

Bottle @beerfox, Riga. Pours slightly hazy golden almost no head. Aroma : sourish, weak strawberries, white wine vinegar, raw apple peals. Taste : heavy sour, medium acidity, vinegar, apples, hurt stomach a bit, sharp. Medium body. Sour acidity finish. Not well balanced but I love this. Have to try.

375ml bottle from Beerfox. Pours clear golden, almost no head. Aroma of sweet wild strawberry from a half meter, acid, green apple, whitecurrant. Taste is real acid kick straight into face, vinegar, acid, acetone. Lots of strawberries in taste. Strawberries in aftertaste. Medium body, low carbo. It’s amazing, so acid, but still recognizably strawberry tasty. Very well done, that’s what I expect from proper fruit lambic. It’s not that sour, but first acid kick is absolutely worth it!

Refrigerated 37.5 green bottle corked and capped poured into a glass. Aroma is strawberry, medium body, low carbonation, and very little lacing. Taste is tart strawberry. Needs carbonation.

375ml bottle @Cimmeria, Oviedo. 08-06-2017.
BBD: 2027-2034.
Funky, extremely sour one, some rotten nose, little strawberries, barnyard, some harsh, rough but mellow at the same time, drinkable and some enjoyable. Too flat beer, maybe some more carbonaic bite would make it easier. Peculiar but enjoyable anyway,

Pours a deep yellow-orange Aroma of orange, light vinegar Medium bodied, very little sweetness, underripe strawberry/wild strawberry finish Overall somewhat funky, no head, flat/sour beer definitely better with a sweet cheese for pairing than enjoyed by itself. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

375 ml bottle. Pours a dusty orange amber with little head. Aromas of woolly funk, barnyard and dried fruit. Flavors follow same with dried red berries and wheat. Strawberries are present though subtle and dry. Acidity is noticeable but relatively mellow for a lambic. Very nice

Pours cloudy yellow-orange, with no head. Aroma is peach and nectarine with some wood and urine. Extremely sour/acidic, discernable taste is grapefruit and and light funk. The strawberries can just be recognised but maybe only because I knew they had to be there? The acid almost burns my throath and it is way too much for me, at this stage. Light body, no fizz. I may have to get used to this level of acidity.
