Franzen (668) - SWEDEN - OCT 11, 2013
Bottle from systembolaget
Sour cherry and blueberry aroma
Nice red clear look with pink foam
Tastes like sour blueberry soup although the sourness is average to low for beeing a lambic.
It has got a light dry body with lively carbonation but the finish is yeasty and not particulary tasty.
A nice lambic, really like the blueberries but could have done without the yeasty finish

Flaska från Systembolaget Jag är inte särskilt van vid sour beer, men den här har en underbar arom och en härlig färg. Smak som sig bör av blåbär. God ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Inget annat uppenbart. Förnimbara blåbär.

330 ml botte, a couple of years old (from backlog). Nose is sour and fruity, aswell as malt. Taste of dry blueberries, sourness is quite high. Fairly thin bodied.

Bottle at Tegners Gömställe. Hazy red colour with a small head. Fruity acidic aroma. Not much traces of blueberries in the aroma. Flavour is acidic, citric. Not the sweet taste of blueberries, but some more sour hints of it.

SlackerMads (3603) - DENMARK - NOV 18, 2012
Pours clear red with a small white head. Aroma is sour with notes of cherry, berries, leather, horse staple. Thin/watery palate. Taste is light sour and dry with notes of cherry, cranberries and brett. A bit too light on the taste and body for my taste.

Bottle at Schouskjelleren, spring 2012. Hazy red body, small vanishing pink head. Sour aroma of berries, leather. Taste of blueberries, sugar and boiled vegetables. Uninspiring taste. Sweet and short fruity aftertaste.

Aroma: The smell is complex, earth, horse, stable, sour milk sweet berries.
Appearance: The beer is cloudy red/pink, a light pink head recedes quickly, leaves no lacing.
Taste: The taste does not deliver, some sourness, lemon, blueberries and a metallic note.
Palate: Medium carbonation, somewhat fizzy.
Overall: This was hard to decide on, the smell was really intriguing, but taste more mediocre. An bit hard to imaging when it will be really good to drink.
Note: Bottle. Reviewed 2010-04-10.

Bottle at Schouskjelleren. A clear, copper colored beer with a small, off-white head. Sourness and berries on the nose. Some caramel maltyness, dried fruits too. Medium body, dry and with a pleasant level of carbonation. Dried fruits, berries and sourness in the flavor. A quite decent one, but not my favorite sour ale. 111014
