Shared a bottle with gnoff. Pour a clear scarlet with thing lacy white head. Scent is sour, metallic, brett. Taste is of soured cream and sour wild strawberries, seemed a bit off. Very effervescent with a sweet and sour finish.

330 ml bottle courtesy of tkrjukoff. Shared at epic tasting on February 11. pours clear blueish red with a frothy pinkish white head that doesn’t leave much trace while dissipating. Smell is sour with green apples, lemon juice, horse blanket and unripe berries. Taste is sour and slightly sweet with apples, farmyard, grass, hay and hints of bilberries. Mouthfeel is dry and tart. Finish is dry, tart and slightly metallic with hints of bilberries.

Beer5000 (6453) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JAN 10, 2012
Bottle @ Schouskjelleren RBNAG-11. Hazy pink/purple body with an off-white head. Nice and funky aroma with berries, particular blueberries as no surprise. Flavor is refreshing fruity, a bit acidic and some barnyard funk to a certain degree, but this is definitively no real fruit lambic Belgium style. It takes a lot more than a beer, some fruit and adding Brett to make the real stuff. But it’s fun and refreshing to drink.

Dark brown coloured, red note too. Unclear. Has a white/light pink head, mostly lasting. Acidic aroma, fruity notes, faint barnyard. Faint crisp, cerial notes. Flavor is sweet and acidic, more notes of fruit and barnyard. Creamy, acidic texture and lively carbonation.

saxo (18208) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - NOV 25, 2011
Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is ruby. Aroma and taste are rich blueberries, citrus, malt and hops. Not that sour, but very fruity and berry-authentic.
