Bottle @ Schouskjelleren, Oslo, shared with Geokkjer, gunnfryd, Beer2000 and abemorsten...and maybe some others...a lot of bottles going around... :-P Pours a deep amber-hued pink body with a small white head. Nose is strong funky barnyard, horse-sweaty brett notes, hints of blueberry, lemon and straw. Taste is lemon and bretty funk, with hints of blueberry and straw. The blueberries hardly come through at all, but remains hidden in the back for the most part. Thin body. OK, but it kinda lacks a bit of substance and ends up tasting a bit like concentrate fruit juice in diluted form, like the anemic little brother of a real fruit lambic. Still OK, but not great. abemorsten (3593) - Mosterøy, NORWAY - OCT 19, 2011

Pours a deeper shade of garnet red and topped with a medium faded pink
head... Tart blueberry nose with a pretty subdued funk tones...flavors
follow suit but with a thinner profile and a somewhat watery body.
Somewhat lively carbonation adds some character. Finishes short. Starts off nice with a solid nose and alluring appearance. leaves more to be desired from a flavor and palate perspective.
