Small bottle shared by hcalcos. Low grey-shaded blond head. Body has a nice red color with a ruby hue. Aroma of sour red berries and barnyard. Dry, sappy berry flavor. Some sourness , some funk. Light-bodied. Feels kind of diluted in the mouth. Sharp, dry metallic ending. Strange brew.

Smallish pinkish head. Red body. Intense barnyard and manure aroma with blueberry notes. Weeeeird. Dry-acidic metallic blueberry taste with barnyard notes. Thinnish body. Sharpish mouthfeel. Dry toffeeish blueberry and metal aftertaste. Really, wildly unusual. (0.33l bottle shared by hcalsos.)

Deep red, redcurrant, vinegar and stable aroma. Blueberries and sweet and sour flavour make a nice balance. A bit too mild, perhaps, but a welcome addition. Not a true lambic, but this will do.

UPDATED: OCT 22, 2013 Bottle @ home. Hazy deep ruby red with a spongy pink head which collapses leaving a thick lace. Vinegary aroma with notes of catpiss/urinoar, mold/damp, manure, black currant, lemon, gooseberries and PERHAPS some blueberries. Taste is sour with vinegar, lemon, black currant and some blueberries making an entry more at the end and in the aftertaste. The sourness is fairly moderate and fade a bit after a while, leaving more room for fruity berry flavours. Medium to lighter body with soft tickling bubbles and a dry texture. A pretty refreshing sour ale with a lot of acidity and funky notes in the aroma, but without any real depth underneath. It’s a pretty good beer though. Taste at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival 2010. Cloudy purple/pink beer with small fizzy head. Nice tart funky fruit lambic with a refreshing hint of blueberry. 11/22/2010

Sample @ SBWF ’10. Red to purple color with a small head. Nice sour aroma with the traditional stable and horse blanket mixed with only a touch of berries. The taste have less of the same, to bad the mouth don’t match the nose. It’s nice and dry but to weak in flavor.

(33cl bottle, BB 2011) Pours a cloudy ruby body with a small white head. Aroma of black cherry, light horseblanket, berries, cough syrup, and wood. Flavor of cherry, plastic, and blueberries with a dry finish.

Bottled. Clear redbrown color, short reddish head. Aroma of blueberry, oak wood, apple, varnish, dry wood, leather. Woody taste, dry, slightly sour. The dry wood is overwhelming and reminds me of a dry cider like westons. Nothing like the usual lambic.
