Sample at Lkpg Beer Expo. Red-pinky with pretty much no head. A little funky, nice balanced sourness, slightly fruity and with a interesting hint of blueberry.

Ratman197 (14680) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - OCT 7, 2011
Bottle courtesy of Doodler (thanks Scott) poured a clear burgandy with a small lasting lavender head. Aromas of blueberry, barnyard funk, yeast, light citrus and light bread. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry lightly tart finish. Flavors of blueberry, citrus, light bread and a hint of barnyard funk with a crisp dry lightly tart lingering blueberry/citrus finish.

Bottled at Dahlberg, Helsingborg. Hazy dark purple coloured. Acidic aroma of berries, barnyard and sulphur. Rather sour and acidic flavour with a natural berry note. Very light and refreshing.

UPDATED: SEP 20, 2009 Sampled at the RBESG08 grand tasting. Murky deep violet with a ruby head. Fresh cidery bleuberry aroma with some slightly sharp barnyard notes. Nicely balanced acidity. Second sample at SB&WF 2009. Very refreshing and well balanced. Wonderful!

Bottle at the RBESG08 Grand tasting. Alround rating: Quite a stinky beast, like manure from a farm witrh fruity character, well carbonated and very refreshing.

Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Red colour. Powerfull sour aroma. Berries nicely present. Modetrate bitter sour flavor. Not too sour. but really nice. Great balance between sourness and berries acid and sugar. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is ruby. Aroma and taste are rich blueberries, citrus, malt and hops. Not that sour, but very fruity and berry-authentic.

rbesg08 grand tasting - bottled of course. rich purple red with a quick pink head; loads of tartness although the blueberry is quite subdued; hints of lacquered floorboards and appl cider vinegar. delicious

Unclear medium to dark red purple color with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy fruity - berry, blueberries, wood, leather, tart - sour. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a average to long duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100105]
