4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
2009 bottle c/o Rich. Pours cloudy orange and brown with a medium creamy beige head. Aromas of mild citrus peel, a bit funky, with toasted/buttery oak, alcohol, and raisins. The flavor is sweet toffee and burnt caramel, light grass, and a crisp malt finish. Bitter citrus is also present, with slight alcohol as it warms. Low carbonation and creamy with a dry finish. Really nice. Thanks!

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at Cafe Buitenlust, Oirschot. Shared with Dutchdrebus. Dark red / browm color, small off-white head. Smell wood, not much more. Taste chocolate, roastyness and sweetness. Bit too sweet in my opinion, but still nice. Medium to high carbo, medium to full body.

(330ml bottle, 2010 vintage thanks to bu11zeye - Rating #3300!) clearish orange with a creamy tan head. Nose of honey, sweet caramel, a bit floral, smells so delicious. Taste is toasty, tiny bit alcoholic, sweet caramel. Wish it tasted exactly like it smelled. Still very nice.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Malt aroma with hints of orange and chocolate. The flavor is sweet malt with chocolate undertones, some caramel and alcohol. An okay beer, but it does not really give me the "kick", can not say exactly why. Should probably try this again!

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Heavy syrup flavor with a strong hoppy that has a real bite. The mouth feel is full and doesn’t end throughout the beer. It has it’s flaws but it’s very drinkable
