COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
HAPKIN has a very good fresh, flowery, Saaz hop aroma, a very big creamy head, a soft malt character, and a spritzy, perfumy fruitness drying toward the finish.

Note: Initially from Brouwerij Louwaege, from 2001 to 2007 brewed in Jumet, afterwards in Alken.

Gylden brun klar med fingerhøyt hvitt skum. Lukter sitrus, sitron og korn. Søt bitter smak, sitrus og lett karamell. Medium lang, lett bitter avslutning. Medium kullsyre

allmyvinyl (10613) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - APR 19, 2015
330ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours pale gold with a thick white head. Aromas of corn, golden syrup. Taste is ridiculously sweet. Sweet finish. Not my thing at all.

Corn and sugar, these are the two words that emerge at the first gulp. Alcohol can be added to the short list. The individuals notes are around the middle because everything is there, but not of my kind.

Bière avec une forte amertume. On goûte fort l’alcool. Elle est très sucrée. Bière qui n’est pas interressante

ippopotamo36 (2382) - Rome, ITALY - MAR 6, 2015
In Ghent-Belgium, 0,33 bottle. Pours bright hazy golden color, frothy white foam. Nose: not that complex, some floral notes and a citrusy hint. Mouth: inoffensive Belgian Strong, frizzy carbonation, hidden alcohol, malty in a way. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Martijntjepils (5) - NETHERLANDS - JAN 14, 2015 does not count

mjansen1310 (132) - Soest, NETHERLANDS - JAN 9, 2015
33 cl bottle. Golden color with medium head. A real balanced beer with fruity, bittery, and slightly alcohol taste. Each sip comes with its own definition of the taste. Overall it isn’t that spoken out.

mjik83 (1575) - Maastricht, NETHERLANDS - DEC 5, 2014
