Clear yellow body with a creamy nitro white head. The nose is light pale and bready maltiness with a slight floral note. The flavor is lightly grainy and bready maltiness, just a minimal hint of hops on the finish, overall just a bit bland. Light bodied with the usual thinnish nitro feel. Meh, ok, but not a whole lot of character.

On tap at the brewery. Mild beany/noble hop aroma, some pilsner malt sweetness. Subtle nose. Medium golden clear with some haze, topped with thin white head. Medium body and carbonation. Clean crisp body with a pilsener profile and Belgian notes. Well balanced with crisp hop notes and light sweetness. Light carbonic bite at the finish.

UPDATED: FEB 19, 2014 Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a very pale yellow color with a small foamy white head that faded quickly but left decent lacing. The aroma was faintly malty with a touch of cracker and lemon. The flavor was bitter lemon, a hint of perfume, a bit of sour mash and pepper. Medium length bitter lemon and sour mash finish. Medium body. Disappointing.
