Fruity, malty taste with caramel, red fruit, citrus and a generous bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Nice one.

Cask CPK 21 May 2011. Hazy copper with thin grey head. Berry fruit aroma, touch of raspberry. Fruity and spicy liquid with floral hop, lemony citrus and incidental note of bready yeast. Black pepper on roof of mouth. Citric, piquant end, lingering lemon and pepper in finish. Light, easy mouthfeel.
