COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle conditioned. Has been seen in cask.
This IPA is not particularly Pale. In fact it’s a deep ruby red. Based on a modern American style beer from Oregon using Cascade and Centennial hops in appropriate proportions, for bittering, aroma and dry hopping balanced with a strong Crystal malt backbone.

Keg. Red with a white head. Loads of strawberries in the aroma. A little less so in the taste. Some citrus fruits. One of my favorite red ales.

Deep ruby, lively carbonation. Rich vinegar aroma, very mouthwatering and fruity. Packed with flavour. Chock full lf malt, redcurrants, cherries, oak, mint, euchaluptus. Some Belgian sourness, too. Dry finish, hops and a hint of wood.

Dark red beer. Great strong taste straight away, liquorice, hops and a kick to it too. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Birra rossa IPA dal profondo gusto deciso e con un intenso retrogusto amaro persistente. Schiuma fine, aspetto velato, intensità olfattiva normale così come la frizzantezza, corpo strutturato. Birra di alto livello da provare !

UPDATED: AUG 25, 2014 A deep uncompromising ruby with an orange tint that questions the P in IPA. Thick tan, lating creamy very lacy head. Smells of sweet caramel but under the loads of hops that citrus grapefruit and delicious red berries. Smooth creamy frothy body. Tastes of slightly burnt toffee - dark cristal malt - leathery pepper on the finish. A wonderful lingering bitterness on the aftertaste. Sweet balanced against spice and citrus. A year later this beer matches up under review.

Interesante cruce entre estilos "rojos" con un algo de UK, mucho de IPA USA y un toquecillo como a roja belga. Distinta, muy perfumada y redonda. Cayeron dos botellas.

330ml bottle from BeerBods. A very enjoyable IPA indeed. Fizzier than other IPAs I have had, but that soon passes to leave a caramel aftertaste. A good amount of hops, too. Will definitely drink again.

Bottle. Best before 02/11/12. Pours red/copper with a huge rocky light tanned head. Aroma of rich malts, fruity and floral hops, strawberry and pine. Taste is those rich malts, toffee, even coffee and liquorice, spices, very rich and smooth mouthfeel, ends strong bitter, spearmint and a touch of alcohol as well, very good IPA.

330ml bottle at pub. Reddish colour, big foamy white head which takes alot of time to disappear. Slight aroma of fruits and hops. Taste is citrrs, little piney, decent hop bitterness and,as it warms,a sweet caramel aftertaste.
