Cask at the Magpie, pours a mid brown with a clingy white head and herby hoppy aromas. Crisp, hoppy and biscuity palate, with a lingering grapefruit-bitter finish. Very refreshing and more-ish. gegwilson (3712) - North Yorkshire, ENGLAND - NOV 2, 2014
Cask in the Tap Room, Lancaster. Pours golden with a thin white head. Some slightly plastic notes alongside more pleasant but mild grapefruit notes and a bitter finish. Thin and watery. I wasn’t much of a fan of this one. stravale (3065) - Co. Westmeath, IRELAND - MAR 29, 2012

Amber orange, frothy white head, lots of static bubbles
Aroma of light lemon bit of cake mix
Taste of lemon, bit of lemon meringue pie, slight lime...wow the flavour for 3.4%..lemon bitterness takes over after drinking a bit clouding initial taste
Palate - soft to medium carb, thin body. Finish very dry, much more bitterness comes thorough then cleans off palate
Overall - so much flavour for 3.4% but eventually masked by the bitter finish
On cask at Cloisters. Pours a light golden colour with a thick white head. A citrus hop aroma of lemon, pine and pineapple. Similar flavours. Very drinkable. Just a little thin, although it is 3.2%. Moderate carbonation and quite drinkable. ladnewton (1966) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 5, 2011
