Uploading old ratings that were missing comments. Really tasty. Big chocolate and coffee notes and just enough yeast to make it unique.

Dark. Good head. Aroma isn’t very complex. The flavor is mostly just sweet chocolate. There’s not a lot going on. Very straight forward and simple. msante79 (2225) - Mount Prospect, Illinois, USA - OCT 5, 2012
750ml bottle from Kinz. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aromas of chocolate, roasted malts, sweet vanilla, and coffee. Flavors of coffee, some roast, chocolate, and a light bitterness. Body is thin but that is OK for style. Not bad. JCB (3999) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - SEP 19, 2012
750ml from Once Upon a Vine, Richmond. Wish I had picked up a few of these as I found it a very enjoyable, nice complex beer that wasn’t excessively sweet. Dark brown roil of a pour, nice sticky lacing. Nose is awesome tootsie roll, but not sickly or confectionary. Thick, sumptuous mouthfeel, playful carbonation to keep things from bogging down. Taste adds some nice Belgian yeast and coffee. Not the kind of thing you want too often, but hits the spot when in the mood. djd07 (14508) - Houston, Texas, USA - SEP 13, 2012
Bottle. Pours a dark brown with medium creamy beige head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is roadted malt and smoke. Medium mouthfeel with a oak and chocolate with light smoke finish. A good Imperial porter from Hardywood.

UPDATED: SEP 2, 2012 Bottle courtesy of Nisse666. Pours dark brown with a rather small mocha head that doesn’t leave much trace while dissipating. Smell is sweet with lots of dark roast coffee, green chili, bitter chocolate, roasted malts, wood, vanilla, smoked chili and moist soil. Taste is sweet, bitter and earthy with sweet dark bread, dark roast coffee, vanilla, bitter chocolate, resinous wood, roasted malts, moist soil and green chili. Mouthfeel is round, tiny tart and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and bitter with roasted malts, dark roast coffee, bitter chocolate and moist soil. Coffee and green chili aroma and taste is too prominent. radagast83 (8059) - Alexandria, Virginia, USA - JUN 9, 2012
Poured from bottle at SAVOR. Poured a dark brown color with a small tan head. Aroma was notes of espresso, dark chocolate, vanilla notes. Flavor was chocolate, earth, a touch of coffee. Mouthfeel was a bit thin for what I expected, but I enjoyed the flavors. Seems real hit-or-miss on here. Perhaps some QC on the coffee beans?
