Tap @ Harmon Tap Room. Dark red-brown pour with tan head and minimal lace. Sweet, chocolate nose. Medium-heavy body with chocolate, molasses and black cherries. Finish is long and sweet. Almost a sweet stout, this one is delicious and shouldn’t be approached as purely a porter. ThaJuggernaut (309) - Washington, USA - FEB 1, 2011
Had a taste platter at the Harmon in downtown tacoma. This one was on it. Hard to come across this one but it’s a good double porter for beginers Ratman197 (15350) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - FEB 14, 2010
Bomber poured a clear dark brown with a lingering ring of tan foam. Aromas of cocoa, coffee, vanilla, fruittiness and toffee. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of milk chocolate, vanilla, carmel, coffee and light earthiness with a smooth lingering chocolate finish. DJMonarch (9179) - Northwich, Cheshire, ENGLAND - NOV 20, 2009

bomber - jet black, thin and mostly flat with no head and slight bubbles; sweet chocolate on the nose though aromas are mild on the whole; medium body, almost syrupy; lots of bitter coffee and super dry finish; flat, mildly rich and chocolaty; carbonation could certainly help b/c without it the flavors seems a little strange; oats, raw and grainy BrewDad (5667) - Olympia, Washington, USA - SEP 4, 2009

(22oz bottle, courtesy of AmEricanbrew) Pours a brown body with a small beige head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted grain, light smoke, and coffee. Flavor of cocoa, coffee, molasses, and roasted malt. Ughsmash (7510) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - APR 22, 2009
Muchas gracias de Brandon for sending this bomber! Opened with a fine pfft and poured healthy deep brown with a short-lived cap of tan head. The aroma was chock full of toasty coffee and dark chocolate with a rather strange oaky and lactic sourness around.. prickly, peppery alcohol warmth right on the back. The flavor found dark chocolate and molasses maltage at the core with the same sourness as the nose and roasted coffee bitterness around.. smoke, tobacco, and a touch of soy right on the back. Thicker-bodied with a lovely, coating malty impression that washed over the tongue.. the sourness was again a little out of place, but it only detracted slightly.. smoky and warm on a long finish. angrypirate06 (1388) - Texas, USA - APR 16, 2009
