On draft at brewpub. Average amber color, body and head. Little Belgium yeast flavor. Chalk board says 5% ABV. wmubronco1992 (709) - Coldwater, Michigan, USA - AUG 30, 2012
Draft at Harmony taproom. Part of a sample flight. Pours an amber apple cider color. Spicy aroma. Very minimal head with no just a tiny amount of lacing. Sweet spicy flavor. Much lighter then other belgians that I’ve had. Nice very easy drinking session beer at very low alcohol content. Tmoney99 (14752) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 20, 2012
Draft sample. Poured hazy amber color with medium off-white frothy head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Medium tart fruit and yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Complex drinkable brew.

Deep amber with small head. Described as "Trappist", but I don’t detect a lot of that element, but this is a nice brew. Malty, but not sweet.
