I agree with the description of this beer: hoppy, clean tasting with little after taste. Pretty good, but I wouldn't make a habit of it.

A nice lager. Smooth and malty. I agree with a previous rater who noticed the biscuit flavor and aroma. I think it's a good lager.

A true lager with lasting palate............................................

not a bad lager. starts hoppy but ends quickly. very carbonated. not bad overall.

One of the better lagers out there. Recommend drinking one or two with salty snacks. It's definitely above US lagers, but average beer overall.

Not a bad beer, but I find myself passing it up for other available beers quite a bit. I can't quite put my finger on it, but the flavor is a little weird... and not in a good way. Don't really care for Half and Halfs with this stuff; much prefer Black & Tans with Bass. The Irish in me doesn't like that though - I'm torn.

slightly hoppy in a good way. a decent lager...............................

UPDATED: AUG 1, 2006 I never got around to re-rating this so i figured I’d better. Pale straw, very fizzy. Strong fizziness dominates the entire experience here. Very light malts, barely detectable. Just enough hops to catch them in the finish - although the lingering finish seems an unbalanced bitter.
