Very large, big-bubbled head. It condenses into a tighter rocky that leaves a small amount of lace on the glass.
Slight metalic smell? A touch of dry peach.
This is lighter bodied brew, but the flavor is wonderful. The peach is up front and in the aftertaste. It reminds me of the sliced fresh peaches my Grandmother would give me, even though this is not a sweet beer. Very high carbonation--almost to the level of a soft drink.
The flavor makes this a worthwhile purchase. I would love to see a similar version with less carbonation; I think that would be a homerun. cakanator (452) - South Hadley, Massachusetts, USA - NOV 23, 2011
From notes clearly, if this was drank today I’d hate to even smell it. Very light hue, fleshy pink. Smells like peach to a certain extent, even a smidge tart, the carbonation is quite nice. This one is just too light on the palate, the peach isn’t vivid or fleshy, its thin with little finish. Maybe a summer time quaf, otherwise, meh. yobdoog (1888) - Kingston, New York, USA - DEC 16, 2009
Had this fresh and with some age on it. Had bottles and on tap at the brewery. Nice orange golden color. Aroma has lots of fresh peaches. Flavor is sweet and fruity with peaches. Nice carbonation and descent body. Pretty drinkable and overall a nice fruit beer. pyromt30 (27) - Lebanon, USA - NOV 29, 2009
good flavor hazy well balanced and refreshing notthing special though not one of harpoons best brewandbbq (269) - Manchester, New Hampshire, USA - MAR 5, 2008
Pours hazy gold with a massive, fluffy white head.
Very promising appearance, but way overcarbonated if you’re shooting for anything Lambic-esque.
Aromatics lead off with a whiff of peach skins and tart pits. An obtrusive, moldy, musty cardboard aroma takes hold and detracts throughout the glass.
Very much like a moldy cardboard box from the cellar.
Mouthfeel is soft and slightly tart.
Pallet is fruity with a hint of sour. Hardly lactic or even leaning in the direction thereof.
The musty cardboard is apparent in the finish as well.

Cloudy blond color; big head. Aroma of peach syrup. The flavor reminds me more a watered peach drink than a beer, plus some bitterness. Drinkable, but useless as beer.
22oz bomber: I got a shot of foam out of the top of the bottle when I opened this one. It pours with a large, white frothy head. It is a clear, pale golden color with some constant fizziness. So far, not good. The aroma is a different story, however. Slightly sour peach aroma, with some mustiness to it. A definite improvement over the appearance. Somewhat of a peach flavor, with some carbonation lingering on the tongue. Slightly bready. A nice, lighter beer for a hot day. kkearn (1165) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 3, 2007
22oz Bottle. Pours hazy golden with a frothy off-white head. Earthy, musty peach aroma. Fruity, sweet-tart peach flavor. Finishes has some spice and is a bit metallic. Smells better than it tastes. dlovell2 (2134) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - OCT 16, 2007
Cloudy Copper color with bubbles ,extremely large head, very fizzy. It took me forever to pour a pint. Peach aroma. Peach, earthy taste. Not a great beer.
I read the bottles were exploding, but I had 3 bottles rolling around in my trunk all the way from Vermont to Maryland and I arrived home with them in tact. blinesam (235) - USA - OCT 12, 2007
Actually tried this at the brewery and in the now infamous 22 oz bomber. This beer is explosive(literally) but compared to similar styles like the dogfish peche, its quite mild and sweet. Easy to drink but won’t satisfy you if you want that "beery" taste... Also if you hate peach.
