650 ml. bottle. Pours a medium, short lived off white head, with some lacing, over a clear dark gold (SRM 6) body....nose is wheat malts, light citrus, ginger....taste is lemon, ginger, light wheat, finishing with a light bitterness and an almost chili burn, later as it warms there is a light floral honey tone....mouth feel light of medium, carbonation high with an almost soda quality. This is an American Wheat with a ginger addition. It is not particularly complex nor interesting and the ginger is too dominant. BJCP 6/3/11/4/6 Kinz (3786) - Glen Allen, Virginia, USA - APR 17, 2010
Pale yellow. Aroma is ginger and a hint of peach. Flavor is lightly of wheat, followed by ginger. Not aggresive, pretty balanced. Not bad. Sweetness on the finish detracts a touch. beerbill (3619) - Laurel, New York, USA - MAY 30, 2010
22 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a moderate linen white head that lasted through the first two sips and left scant lace. Pleasant aroma of ginger along with some mild honey sweetness. The flavor really stands out with a well balanced combination of ginger, wheat and sweet honey. This beer goes down way too easily. Mild bitterness at the finish. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this beer.

Bottle. Pours an average golden yellow with a nose of hay, grass, and bleached wheat. Flavor is grassy biscuit and light honey-glazed hay. Watery on the tongue. Ginger? I’ve seen more in a brunette-on-brunette lesbian flick. Ed5388 (3488) - Forked River, New Jersey, USA - JUN 10, 2013
On tap. Pours a hazy golden color with a large white head. Aroma is predominantly fresh ginger, with some sweet fruit notes. The ginger is very dominating at first in the taste, but afterward slight hints of citrus came through. OldGrowth (3474) - the Containment Area, North Carolina, USA - DEC 21, 2009
tap at the Harpoon bar in Terminal A Logan Airport, in the remote part of Term A. Good aroma, Ginger, honey, spice, citrus, but mainly Ginger. Clean yellowy, brownish orange color, Small head, no lace. Sweet bitter flavor, no as strong as aroma, but all the same characteristics, Lite bosy, smooth mouthfeel, sweet finish. Tasty I must say, while I guess the ginger is in the holiday spirit, this would be a decent summer brew in my opinion. dfinney23 (3395) - Houston, Texas, USA - JUN 29, 2012
Pours clear golden-orange with a bubbly white head. Ginger and wheat aroma. Taste is freshly-grated ginger over malty wheat and lemon zest. Nice balance of flavors. Art (3219) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 28, 2012
Pretty refreshing. Mix of flavors between a real ginger ale and a wheat beer. This could be good but taste is flat.
